"TRANSISTOR" branch provides integrated foundry services. They cover fabrication of finished products, or their elements, or just performance of separate process steps. Applicable to ICs or semiconductor devices, it may include any set of process operations starting from fabrication of silicon wafers to assembly operations and final tests:
- fabrication of epitaxial structures
- wafer fabrication without wafer probing
- wafer fabrication including wafer probing
- complete fabrication cycle for ICs and semiconductor devices (fabrication of chips and packaging)
