Multiple arrangements on the introduction of the quality management system have allowed JSC "INTEGRAL" "TRANSISTOR" branch to certify its quality management system for designing, development and manufacture of discrete semiconductor devices and ICs for compliance with ISO 9000 requirements both in frames of the national certification system and in the German DAR system (TGA-ZG-07-99-00).

The Ministry of National Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus and also the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus have acknowledged that the environmental management system for manufacturing electronic products meets the requirements of the STB ISO 14001-2005.

The status of the development and fabrication of ICs and semiconductor devices at JSC "INTEGRAL" "TRANSISTOR" branch has been certified by the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation.

JSC "INTEGRAL" "TRANSISTOR" branch test center for testing semiconductor devices and ICs has been qualified as meeting the requirements of the accreditation system on calibration and test laboratories and has been accredited for technical competence.

Minsk UE Transistor Plant for its achievements of significant results in the field of quality, creation and introduction of the system of highly effective methods of production management meeting the international standards has been awarded the diploma of the Ministry of Industry of RB.
